The Artist’s Way Challenge- Let Go Or Be Dragged

Hello Love and Welcome back to my space!!! Yesterday I completed Day 19 of The Artist’s Way Challenge. One of the quote’s that immediately snaps me out of a spiral or a haze is ‘let go or be dragged’. That was the mantra that got me through my move from California to Tennessee. That is the mantra that got me through my role of full time care taker for my mother in law for the last 10 months of her life.

There were times when I would feel myself holding on so deeply to my idea how life SHOULD be instead of excepting what was. I noticed when I felt life dragging me through whatever I was going through, I had two choices, to keep on getting dragged or to simply, LET GO. It really hit me when I would visualize getting dragged and thinking ‘I would never keep on holding on to something that was literally dragging me physically, so why am I CHOOSING to allow myself to be through the mental, emotional and spiritual turmoil. So my darling, what are you letting go of today? Alright, let’s get into these….
