Hello Love and welcome back to my space! Yesterday I completed Day 8 of The Artist’s Way Challenge! Although I have found a groove and given myself the space to work through this challenge, I hit a wall of tired. My family and I did have a busy weekend of boppin’ around the city on top of challenge obligations, I’m tired. That’s ok though! In these times of low energy, I remind myself that it’s ok to rest. Depending on the level of tired I will try to make low effort meals and be sure to take little rest breaks throughout the day. I also spent most of the day in a onesie!
Whenever you hit a wall of tired remember that rest is a regular part of life! Give yourself the same patience and grace you would give loved one and allow yourself time to rest. I do need to full day of rest soon! Maybe this Sunday! What do you like to do on your days of rest?
