Hello there and welcome back to my space ? Yesterday was full of revamped leftovers and I’m here for it!


Breakfast:

Blueberry cream smoothie prep

This smoothie was so good I had to have it again!

Blueberry cream smoothie

Put all the ingredients into the blender with enough water to reach desired consistency and blend until smooth! Taste to adjust flavors. Enjoy!


Lunch:

Revamped leftovers pasta salad

I leftovers home from my friends house on Sunday so yesterday I had this pasta salad for lunch with added ingredients. It was really tasty ?

Dinner:

Garlic bread using odds and ends of hamburger buns and hot dog buns
Spinach salad

Our fridge is full of leftovers that need to be used. I made this salad and garlic bread spread on Saturday as well as the rest of the pasta (not pictured). I made a delicious spaghetti sandwich with the garlic bread and spaghetti that was soooooooo good! I didn’t take a picture of it because I planned to eat it for lunch today, I didn’t make it ???‍♀️

Garlic Bread

  • Vegan Butter
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Italian Spices

Mix all of the ingredients together spread on french bread, bake for 10-15 minutes at 400. Enjoy!

Spinach salad

  • Spinach
  • Peppers
  • Red onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Carrots
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Garlic olive oil
