Good morning beautiful people! Welcome back to my space!!! Yesterday I started my day off with THE most delicious smoothie, you seriously NEED it in your life!


Breakfast:

Strawberry banana cream smoothie prep

Method:

Put all of the ingredients in to a blender along with enough water to reach desired consistency and blend until smooth! Taste to adjust flavors. Enjoy!


Lunch:

For lunch I had leftovers from yesterday ?


Dinner:

Bagel with banana, peanut butter, walnuts cinnamon and raisins

While my family had those broccoli and mushroom noodles, I opted for this simple bagel creation! This is such a delicious combination!

  • Thomas plain bagel
  • Peanut butter
  • Raisins
  • Walnuts
  • Cinnamon
  • Banana

Snacks:

  • Apple
  • Sesame crackers
  • Tortilla chips with chipotle cashew cream
