Hello beautiful people! Welcome back to my space! Yesterday was another busy two meal day but definitely supplemented with lots of snacks! Let’s get into it!
Breakfast:
This smoothie was tasty but would have been so much better with a banana! I was distracted and forgot to add one!
Mixed Berry Smoothie
- Orgain vanilla protein powder
- Raw cashews
- Spinach
- Frozen mixed berries
Put all the ingredients into your blender along with enough water to reach desired consistency and blend until smooth! Enjoy!
Dinner:
Stir fry is one of my absolute favorite meals! It’s simple and delicious!
Easy Stir Fry:
- Cut veggies into bite sized pieces
- Add a little avocado oil to a skillet on medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add the other veggies, stirring often, cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add ginger powder, soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Continue stirring until veggies are cooked.
- Serve with rice or quinoa.
Snacks:
- Mint Chocolate Builder Bar
- Cashews
- Almonds
- Apple
