Good morning beautiful people! Welcome back to my space! Yesterday was a lovely day! We went to the gym and then spent the afternoon at 3 Steve’s soaking in the sunshine! I love this time of year!


Breakfast:

Super sunshine smoothie prep

On Saturday and Sunday mornings, I go to the gym with my husband so I’ll ask for suggestions when it comes to our smoothie! This morning was inspired by a mixed drink I had made the night before. This smoothie was so freaking refreshing after getting an amazing workout in! I highly recommend this combination of flavors ?

Method:

Put all ingredients in your blender with enough water to reach your desired consistency and blend until smooth!


Lunch:

Big ole salad

I cannot express how much I LOVE salads!!! They always hit the spot! This salad was so damn delicious ? I highly recommend this combination of flavors!

  • Cucumber
  • Tomatoes
  • Toasted black Sesame seeds
  • Red onion
  • Spinach
  • Hemp seeds
  • Avocado
  • 25 star balsamic vinegar
  • Garlic olive oil
  • Cheezy garlic cashew cream
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Sun-dried tomatoes

Dinner:

Chinese food platter from Peking Restaurant

After spending the afternoon at 3 Steve’s drinking sparkling wine, the last thing I wanted to do was make dinner, so we ordered Chinese food delivery from Peking Restaurant! They have what they call vegetarian meat but it’s actually vegan!

  • VegetarianLemon chicken
  • Fried rice (no egg)
  • Salt and pepper tofu
  • Chow mein
  • Mixed veggies

I love this place so much! Everything was hella delicious ? I especially loved the salt and pepper tofu!!!


Snacks:

  • Plantain chips
  • Apple
  • Popcorn
