75 Hard Challenge-Day 3-What’s challenging to YOU?

Hello love and welcome back to my space. Yesterday was day 3 of the 75 hard challenge and I was definitely feeling challenged! My goodness! I did want to talk a little bit about making the challenge sustainable for YOU but still challenging. Most of us have been in a situation where something was entirely too challenging, so we quit. In this 75 hard challenge, I believe with the exception of reading 10 pages of a non fiction book and the no alcohol rule, you can tweek the rules to suit you and your lifestyle whist being still challenged. Keep that in mind when you are going about making changes in your life!

Yesterday was a super chill day that I didn’t know I needed. After running in the rain, I came home and snacked on some cashews, showered and headed over to my mother-in-law to help her shower. When I came home I had an amazing smoothie while reading Racism As Zoological Witchcraft by Aph Ko. I’m pretty sure I will finish that book by the end of the week! It’s definitely a page turner.

I pulled myself away from the book to finish laundry and get dinner ready. We took dinner over to my MIL house and chilled for a bit. We came home, cleaned the kitchen, and then I ended the day with a yoga session! I gotta say, it’s been a MINUTE since I’ve done yoga and it was challenging AF! I went upstairs to go to bed and while checking off my daily dozens, realized I needed to check one more box(and I was feeling snacky, lol) to get to 20, so I had some corn chips and hummus!
