Breakfast:
This smoothie was so good I had to have it again!
Blueberry cream smoothie
- Orgain vanilla protein powder
- Bananas
- Frozen blueberries
- Spinach
- Raw cashews
Put all the ingredients into the blender with enough water to reach desired consistency and blend until smooth! Taste to adjust flavors. Enjoy!
Lunch:
I leftovers home from my friends house on Sunday so yesterday I had this pasta salad for lunch with added ingredients. It was really tasty ?
Pasta Salad turned into pasta dish
- Cheezy garlic cashew cream
- Chickpea pasta
- Cherry tomatoes
- Snap peas
- Spinach
- Artichoke
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
Dinner:
Our fridge is full of leftovers that need to be used. I made this salad and garlic bread spread on Saturday as well as the rest of the pasta (not pictured). I made a delicious spaghetti sandwich with the garlic bread and spaghetti that was soooooooo good! I didn’t take a picture of it because I planned to eat it for lunch today, I didn’t make it ???♀️
Garlic Bread
- Vegan Butter
- Nutritional Yeast
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Italian Spices
Mix all of the ingredients together spread on french bread, bake for 10-15 minutes at 400. Enjoy!

- Spinach
- Peppers
- Red onion
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Carrots
- Balsamic vinegar
- Garlic olive oil
Snacks:
- Coconut Macadamia but White chocolate chip cookies
- Cashews
- Plantain chips
- Sourdough bread and garlic butter
- Chocolate chip cookies
