Good morning beautiful people! Welcome back to my space ? I’m officially addicted to putting hummus on my salads! It’s such an amazing addition! Let’s get into it!


Breakfast:

Strawberry banana cream smoothie prep

Strawberry banana cream smoothie

  • Frozen strawberries
  • Banana
  • Raw cashews
  • Spinach
  • Orgain vanilla protein powder

Method:

Put all ingredients into a blender with enough water to reach desired consistency and blend until smooth!

Have you tried this smoothie combination yet?!? It is amazing!!!!


Sushi salad

Sushi salad:

  • Toasted seaweed
  • Brown rice
  • Avocado
  • Toasted black sesame seeds
  • Soy sauce

This was not something I actually ate yesterday but I wanted to share because I did get to taste it and it was AMAZING!!! My daughter created this amazing sushi salad! I love when she gets creative in the kitchen ❤️ definitely give this a try!


Lunch:

Sandwich salad

Sandwich salad:

  • Peppercini
  • Red onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Olives
  • Hummus
  • Red wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hemp seeds

Yooooo! This salad is so damn delicious ? I could eat this everyday!!!! Definitely, definitely give it a try! I call it the sandwich salad because it’s all of the ingredients that I would add to a veggie sandwich!


Dinner:

Oyster mushrooms with brown rice and roasted broccoli

Snacks:

  • Sesame crackers
  • Apple
  • Banana
