Hello there! Welcome back to my space! I feel like this is quickly becoming a labyrinth that I’m having a hard time navigating! I’m going to need to figure out how to easily find things in the space! Of you have any ideas let me know!


Breakfast:

Tropical Mixed Berry Smoothie

I usually prepare my smoothies the night before so I can grab them and go in the wee hours of the morning! You what I didn’t have the time nor the patience for, a freaking flat lay, lol. This smoothie was hella delicious though! One of the reasons I like doing flat lays is because it’s easy to see what is in a smoothie, a picture of a smoothie does nothing, so I get back to my regular schedule of flat lays, today!

Tropical Mixed Berry Smoothie

Put all ingredients into your blender along with enough water to reach desired consistency and blend until smooth. Taste to adjust flavors, Enjoy!


Lunch:

Loaded Hash Browns

  • Signature Hash Browns
  • Smashed avocado(salt+pepper)
  • Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Leftover BBQ Seitan and Asparagus

Dinner:

I was HELLA hungry when I was making dinner last night! BBQ Seitan, Arugula salad, brown rice, roasted broccoli and broccoli stalks! This plate was EVERYTHING ?
