Good morning beautiful people! Welcome back to my space ? yesterday I combined the salad my daughter made yesterday with the oyster mushroom plate and it blew my mind!!!
Breakfast:
Persimmon blueberry smoothie:
- Frozen blueberries
- Frozen persimmon
- Spinach
- Banana
- Orgain vanilla protein powder
Breakfast #2 – Sweet Earth Harmless Ham Breakfast Sandwich
While perusing the frozen section at my local Grocery Outlet, I found this cute little breakfast sandwich! I’m so glad I did! It was delicious! This was one of the most flavorful frozen meals I’ve ever had! I would definitely purchase this again!
Lunch:
- Oyster mushrooms
- Roasted broccoli
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Brown rice
- Toasted black sesame seeds
- Toasted seaweed
This platter was so delicious! The only thing I forgot was avocado! Next time for sure!
Dinner:
I absolutely LOVE these vegan frozen pizzas! They are back in stock at my local Grocery Outlet, so I stocked up! Definitely the best frozen vegan pizza I’ve tried! The gluten free cauliflower crust is delicious, the sauce and toppings are flavorful! I highly recommend this brand!
Veggie Salad Pasta Salad:
- Cooked macaroni
- Cheezy garlic cashew cream
- Roasted Garlic Hummus
- Red wine vinegar
- 25 star balsamic vinegar
- Cucumber
- Tomatoes
- Olives
- Red onion
- Avocado
- Salt
- Pepper
A lovely Friday afternoon wouldn’t be complete without a delicious hummus platter from Swirl!
